I’m back! Sorry darlings, I just started working full time again as a preschool teacher and this summer I’m also taking grad school classes trying to finish my master’s… so I have been a bit busy! I just bought this dress from Forever 21+ and I had to share!
Its not easy staying fashionable when the temperature outside is over 90 degrees plus NYC’s 100% humidity… but here is how to make it work: Stick with a light dress and minimal accessories. Look for light breathable fabrics and pair them with a bright shoe. Here I styled this back chiffon cut out dress with a metallic pink belt from ASOS Curve and hot pink barbie like heels from Forever 21. Remember ladies, just because its hot out doesn’t mean we can’t be fashionable and comfortable!!

What I’m Wearing: Dress- Forever21+, Shoes - Forever 21, Bow Clutch- H&M, Skinny Belt- ASOS Curve, Earrings- Betsey Johnson
Here is another spring colored dress for spring. This coral dress is from last Spring ASOS Curve. I’m obsessed with this H&M black and white striped sweater with puffy sleeves, I want to wear it with everything!!! Normally, I’m totally anti-belts, but this ASOS curve skinny belt is small enough to put together a cute springtime look… and its PINK! This teal handbag I got at Century 21, its from Rampage and the perfect teal for color-blocking this season.

What I’m Wearing: Dress- ASOS Curve, Striped cardigan- H&M, Skinny Belt- ASOS Curve, Black Flats- Blowfish, Handbag- Rampage, Watch- Marc by Marc Jacobs, Sunnies- Prada

As a PSP [plus size princess] with an obsession for shopping, I’m a veteran when it comes to shopping outside of stores that offer plus sizes and finding pieces that work. I think you can be fashionable at any size, you just have to find the right pieces that work for you.
Some of my favorite fatshion bloggers are: Gabi from Young, Fat and Fabulous, Jay from Fatshionable, Sakina from Saks in the City, and Nicolette Mason. Reading their blogs and seeing how well they work their curves has inspired me to do outfit posts for my blog. Hopefully I can be one more girl who shows the world that you can look fabulous at any size and inspire other fatshionable girls to make it work!
Here is my first OOTD!

What I’m wearing: Tshirt Dress- H&M, Black Tights- Torrid, Shoulder Pad Blazer- Simply Be, Shoes- Iron Fist, Sunglasses & Watch- Betsey Johnson.

WHO SAID SUNGLASSES WERE ONLY FOR SUMMER?!
Sunglasses are a year-round must for me. Even in winter our eyes need to be protected from harmful UV rays [yes, even in winter the sun is still shining!] This gives us the perfect excuse to buy a new pair of sunglasses from winter collections.
Whether your going for a classic look, over-sized black square frames- a la Audry Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffanys, Marilyn Monroe inspired classic white plastic frames or Top Gun-esque metal wire Rayban’s… sunglasses are a definite must this winter!
COLOR, COLOR, COLOR! Don’t be afraid to bring the drama, jewel encrusted and costume-y shades will make a statement paired with your hats, coats and scarves this winter. Sunglasses are such a fun, affordable accessory which can easily help you spruce up your winter wardrobe.
Check out a few of my favorites, all under $10!!
XX,
-Amanda.
